Michelle's journey began many years ago when she worked with Wayside Youth & Family Support Network for 19 years, managing multiple programs that provided services to families involved with DCF. During this time, she witnessed firsthand the impact that a holistic approach could have on individuals' overall well-being. She saw how people who focused on both their physical and mental health simultaneously achieved better results.

This understanding is at the heart of Synergy Health and Wellness's mission. By combining counseling services with exercise programs designed to have a synergistic effect, the company aims to empower individuals to take control of their mental and physical health.
